I am seeing a different results.
Feedback "No one listens. Actions taken without my approval" is a very disappointing statement from customer, but the text analysis shows the score as 0.822.
I am currently using this endpoint "/text/analytics/v2.0/sentiment".

You will need to give more information about what system you are using (add it as a tag?), what kind of data you have, the script you are using, etc.
