I am receiving an array of 32 floating numbers from arduino serial monitor into python using pyserial. Further, I want to plot an annotated heatmap with numbers (temperature values) received from arduino serial monitor. I am able to receive the temperature values in python shell and also in the heatmap. But the challenge I am facing is I think the values are not synchronous i.e What I should do to map the cells with specific values.



I am attaching the code below:
