We have facebook bot setup, it was set very long ago and few months back we had upgraded to 3.1 version also. After up-gradation also bot worked without issues. But suddenly from 1st March, when user sends text message or clicked on any persistent menu item, those events are not triggering to server.
I had double checked step mentioned this document but still no clue whats happening. When I give webhook url for verification that verification request is reaching the server.
