Trying to make a responsive iframe to place on SS sites so I can bring in external forms as well as a demo of my PWA. Most of the threads I found in research on stack have dead links.

My test site is www.sunfoundry.com/test123
I have successfully made the iframe match widths from another blog suggestion with the following code:
But upon inspection it is not rendering the height of the page on either desktop or mobile.
Ultimately my goal is to be able to get the responsive iframe in an image container like an iphone to preview my pwa but for now I'll take just the iframe
