I am a new user of the Xcode Simulator (v. 9.2). I have a very strange issue where the simulator works perfectly until I try to open an app (any app). When I do, the app opening animation starts but then the app crashes immediately. I've already looked at multiple SO questions and Git posts but their issues are very different from mine.
