Here you need to do simple check like below before incrementing/decrementing.
increment()
if(this.order.qty <= 10)
this.order.qty++;
decrement()
if(this.order.qty >= 0)
this.order.qty--;

Here you need to do simple check like below before incrementing/decrementing.
increment()
if(this.order.qty <= 10)
this.order.qty++;
decrement()
if(this.order.qty >= 0)
this.order.qty--;
