According to https://poi.apache.org/apidocs/dev/org/apache/poi/xssf/usermodel/XSSFClientAnchor.html it should be possible but I really can't find how. I'm using POI 3.17.

What is the goal? AXSSFClientAnchor
anchors shapes in the drawing layer to the sheet's cells. So it needs row1, dy1, col1, dx1, row2, dy2, col2, dx2. If the goal is only that the shape shall not change position and/or size when cells dimensinon changes, then do setAnchorType appropriate.
