Using pgAdmin 4 I Have created a local server named "DbInstance" under port "2939". Inside I created a database "myDb" then I created a User "dbSuperUser" with some password and I pronounced him as myDb database owner.
Later I used Entity Framework Core to connect to it via:

 "ConnectionStrings":
"dbCstrng":"Server=DbInstance;port=2939;Database=myDb;User Id=dbSuperUser;Password=dbSuperPassword"
,

And passed it into startup.cs:

 services
.AddEntityFrameworkNpgsql()
.AddDbContext<IntranetContext>(options =>
options.UseNpgsql(
Configuration.GetConnectionString("dbCstrng")
)
);

Everything migrates properly but, unfortuneatly during "database-update" I receive information that entity framework could not log in as dbSuperUser using password (translated from polish).

I checked password and username a few times, I even copied it between connection string and pgAdmin but nothing works. I also had experiments with Servername, like "localhost", "(localhost)", 127.0.0.1 but with the same effect. Furthermore I am not able to log in using Sql server management studio pasting both DbInstance and 127.0.0.1:2939 as servername.

If someone could just suggest what else I can check I would strongly appreciate it.
