My host has manual option like what you have here and automatic option where by the validation is done with just a button click. I have always choosed but the automatic option. May be your host can help you better.

My host has manual option like what you have here and automatic option where by the validation is done with just a button click. I have always choosed but the automatic option. May be your host can help you better.
