i write a python celery task like this:

@app.task(name='crawl.crawl_priodic')
def crawl_priodic():
 now = datetime.datetime.now().strftime('%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S')
 INITIAL = "2019"

i want to assign INITIAL variable only one time , and when my task run another times this variable don't assign again.
INITIAL is a time that i want to increase 1 minute each priod in crawl_priodic function. maybe i must pass it as param to function and each time increase it!

def crawl_priodic():
 now = datetime.datetime.now().strftime('%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S')
 INITIAL = "2019"

i want to assign INITIAL variable only one time , and when my task run another times this variable don't assign again.
INITIAL is a time that i want to increase 1 minute each priod in crawl_priodic function. maybe i must pass it as param to function and each time increase it!
