Аневри́зма (грец. ανευρυσμα — розширення) — симптом, що включає більш-менш обмежене розширення просвіту артерії, яке має різне походження.

Види й етіологія |


Аневризма поділяються на справжні і несправжні.



  • Справжні аневризми, найчастіше спричинює сифіліс або атеросклероз, утворюються всіма шарами зміненої судинної стінки.

До справжніх аневризм належить аневризма серця, яка являє собою обмежене випинання його стінки.



  • Несправжні (травматичні) аневризми виникають внаслідок ушкодження судинної стінки, найчастіше при вогнепальному пораненні. При цьому біля артерії утворюється зв'язаний з її просвітом крововилив, обмежений навколишніми тканинами. Останні формують стінку аневризми.


Лікування |


Розвиток судинної хірургії в СРСР зумовив значні досягнення в лікуванні аневризми. Видатну роль у цій справі відіграли праці рад. українських хірургів Я. І. Пивовонського та О. П. Кримова.
