Гіпертонічний криз — раптове значне підвищення артеріального тиску від нормального або підвищеного рівня, яке майже завжди супроводжується появою чи посиленням розладів з боку органів-мішеней або вегетативної нервової системи.



Критерії гіпертензивного кризу |


  • раптовий початок;

  • значне підвищення артеріального тиску;

  • поява або посилення симптомів з боку органів-мішеней.

Основним завданням є безпечне зниження показників артеріального тиску і попередження виникнення ускладнень. Зниження АТ проводиться з використанням сучасного арсеналу лікарських засобів залежно від типу гіпертонічного кризу та його показників.


Препарати для зниження показників АТ: Клонідин (Клофелін): 1мл 0,01 % (в/в струминно дуже повільно протягом 3-5хв, розчинивши препарат в 0,9 % р-р натрію хлориду 10-20мл).


Ніфедипін (5-10мг).


Анаприлін (10мг).


Капотен(12,5-50мг).


Еналаприл(5-10-20мг).


Верапаміл(40-80мг).


Фентоламін(5-10 мг розчинивши в 0,9 % р-р натрію хлориду 10-20мл) при феохромоцитомі.


Пентамін та Бензогексоній(препарати з групи Гангліоблокаторів).


Діадоксим та Гіперстат.


Натрій Нітропрусид та Нітрогліцерин в/в краплинно.
