I installed xamp1.7 on Windows XP, everything is okay and I can run PHP files on the 127.0.0.1 URL. But if the computer is connected to the network, it won't work on 127.0.0.1.
I think the configuration of the network makes a bug.
There is a service on the computer that it connects to the local web server via 127.0.0.1. when the computer is connected to the network, the service received this error: timeOut(Socket Error #10055 no buffer space available)
