Ok, this is my dilemma. I need to save bulk images for products to my computer. Batches of 100-400 at a time for products I buy and sell. The names of the items do not come with the pictures only a generic string of numbers. However the numbers are in order of my alphabetical list of names I need to change them to.
Issue.... if i could open only the file name in calc, i should be able to merge the two lists together to change the generic number to the product name. However, being saved as a .jpg calc will not allow me to move only the name, it opens the picture instead.
Question is: can I convert the .jpg to .txt, or something so I get only the generic number in calc, which I can merge with the name then change it back to .jpg? Or is there another way to do this?
Thank you
Jerry
