I am using Heroku redis for caching. Now for some reason, I want to downgrade the plan. But on doing so it say, to large data set to activate this plan. I want to see all the existing data and flush the old ones. I am not being able to view the data. How can I do that. I saw the tutorial here
link
But it doesn't provide enough information about heroku redis data management. I also tried entering the heroku redis cli as

heroku redis:cli -a myapp -c myapp

After I do this, the terminal shows the following thing

Connecting to knitting-pure-**** (REDIS_URL):
ec2-**-**-**-***.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com:****>

All I want to do is I want to see the existing data and flush very old ones.Any tutorial links or reference material are highly appreciated. Help me solve this. Thanks.
