Азово-Чорноморський край — адміністративно-територіальна одиниця РРФСР у 1934-1937 роках.


Азово-Чорноморський край утворений 10 січня 1934 виділенням з Північно-Кавказького краю його західної частини. Східну залишився під назвою Північно-Кавказький край, центром якого став П'ятигорськ.


Азово-Чорноморський край включив у себе Адигейську АО, Північну область й території сучасних Краснодарського краю й решти Ростовської області.


Постановою ВЦВК від 18 січня 1935 року було затверджено нове адміністративно-територіальний поділ Азово-Чорноморського краю: Північно-Донський округ (26 районов), Адигейська автономная область (5 районов) й 110 самостійних районів, що підпорядковувалися Азово-Чорноморському крайвиконкому.[1]


Північна область припинила своє існування 5 липня 1934 року.


13 вересня 1937 року край розділено на Ростовську область і Краснодарський край з Адигейської АО у останньому.[2]
