I recently received an email from our web host saying that the contact form on our website (using WordPress) is easily exploited to send spam emails, and as a result they have blocked our SMTP sending privileges.
I have tried multiple solutions such as securing the web form, updating the captcha, and even deleting the form and making a new one, but nothing seems to be working and the form is still easily exploited.
I am confused as no spam emails are actually being received and it seems as though they are being detected and then deleted. I am a beginner web designer with very basic skills, any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
